Eligibility Requirements
1. Graduates from domestic universities accredited by the Ministry of Education or overseas universities recognized by the Ministry of Education, holding a bachelor’s degree or expected to graduate within the academic year.
2. Applicants with equivalent academic qualifications must follow the Ministry of Education’s “Standards for Recognition of Equivalent Academic Attainment for University Admission”.

- University Academic Transcript (Including class ranking if available)

Important Notes
- 3rd-year undergraduates may apply during the academic year (both Fall and Spring semesters). 4th-year students must apply before December 31.
